How does a team lead exact individiaul accountability?
"Leadership" is the most written about topic in history. However, in IT,
most team leaders who advance into middle management lack formal leadership
training.
Our 2 day course is designed to build management and leadership foundational
concepts and skills for new managers in IT. We'll discuss personal
leadership, leading teams, team forming dynamics, team building, earning
respect, employee development, interacting with peers, and managing up.
We'll discuss various formal management styles, and patterns practiced by
noteworthy leaders like Vince Lumbardy and Jack Welch.
